Toxicology Services, Inc. (Midwest Toxicology Services, Inc.) was founded to provide drug testing
and third party administration programs in compliance with US Department
of Transportation regulations. (CFR Title 49, Parts 40, 382, 191,
653, 654). Midwest Toxicology Services, Inc. also provides professional management and consultation
services for Federal and State mandated Drug Free Workplace Programs
as well as corporate, industrial and private Drug Free Workplace.

All Midwest Toxicology Services, Inc. personnel are highly trained with experience
and knowledge in all aspects of drug and alcohol testing. Our clients
have depended on our expertise to assist them with difficult situations
that often arise in the drug and alcohol testing process since our
company’s inception in 1992.
Midwest Toxicology Services, Inc.
offers a full range of services beginning with the design and implementation
of a Drug Free Workplace Policy designed to specifically meet the
needs of each individual client company or corporation. If you already
have a program in place, Midwest Toxicology Services, Inc. will review it to ensure that it is
complete and will withstand legal challenge. We utilize only certified
laboratories for drug testing and a Medical Review Officer to interpret
ALL drug test results.
